Since 2018 Tom has focussed his career on building knowledge within the Tasmanian community about Specialist Disability Accomodation. Working with all stakeholders inlcuding investors, tenants, SIL providers and the NDIA.
Tom has a very sound knowledge of all things SDA and is passionate about delivering housing solutions for Tasmanians.

With a background in engineering and decades of project experience Rod is capable of delivering developments whether it be a single dwelling or an apartment complex.

Our Motivation
To see Tasmanians with disabilities relocate out of inappropriate living circumstances and into housing of their choice; designed to meet their needs and the care required, close to family or friends while enjoying privacy and self-respect. With a passion for change and innovation we aim to make a big impact on improving the living arrangements for many.
Our Role
- Talk to those Participants seeking housing about their needs and wants.
- Find a suitable site in a location that is acceptable to them.
- Design and construct a dwelling that meets expectations.
- Manage the long-term landowner/tenant relationship if needed.
