Unify SDA Housing are proud to present Newnham Lanes - An inclusive community. 

9 state of the art units. 7 of which have been built to the NDIS Specialist disability accommodation (SDA) high physical support standard and 2  to the improved livibility standard. 

The development is on the grounds of an old bowling green which sets the theme for the site which features private open space for each unit as well as a shared garden within the gated community.

Newnham Lanes is on the edge of Mowbray and is easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and other services.

SDA allows tenants to choose who supports them and Unify SDA Housing will be happy to work with any support providers. 

Unify SDA Housing specialise in the delivery of accessible housing and have designed a development with a key focus on technology to enable and features that reduce barriers.

• No steps or ramps. The entire site has been purposefully designed for wheelchair access.

• Back up power supply in 6 units.
